The reason why there are no prices listed is due to the type of services that we provide. It's difficult to provide a fair quote without detailed descriptions and or detailed photographs. In some cases, we have to assess a site in-person to insure that we are providing legitimate and fair quotes in line with industry standards. We also take into account that disposal fees are not uniform and many times are different (even at different disposal sites within the same county) and are updated annually by county officials. However, if you reach out to us, we can generally provide rates/prices for appliances/furniture that are classified for junk removal and rough estimates for other services.

We have obtained active permits from the Florida Department of Health to operate as Bio-Medical Waste Generators and Transporters. These permits allow us to clean, disinfect, and remediate crime scenes and scenes of unattended deaths. With these permits, we can also collect and dispose of bio-medical waste bins (to include Sharps containers) for hospitals and medical clinics. With Royal Cleaners, prospective clients can also have peace of mind knowing that we are registered and insured. In fact, we carry all of our credentials with us in our work vehicles, so just ask us if you want to view them. As for tools/equipment and vehicles, we have multiple diesel trucks and 6x12x4 dump trailers (approximately 11 cubic yards) that can handle any job that you can throw at us. We also have utility and enclosed trailers at our disposal. As for tools/equipment, all work trucks are retrofitted with toolboxes in the bed of the vehicles to store all of the tools necessary to complete your services requests. Yes, in fact we do. While working in the capacity as a preferred vendor for a property management company, we painted a section of the house in addition to the estate cleanup.
